Hi Emily! I just want to come back to this video to tell you I made a kimchi soup with this recipe and it was a success!!! that spring is actually really really bad for the teflon pans, when I saw you guys used the metal tongs I cringed a little and I saw that spray, it's really unhealthy for you. For a teflon pan you must only use low flame, and nothing that would scratch, or use that PAM spray that will remove the non stick coating.
